At BEN Men Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
